No sales sequence and no surprise calendar invites.
Your message goes to info@invendoory.com. The form shows a confirmation when it is sent.
Someone on the team reads what you wrote, including your unit count, your current tools and any questions about pricing or onboarding.
The reply comes from info@invendoory.com. If you asked for a walkthrough, we will suggest how to do it. If you asked about pricing, we will answer with numbers.
None of this is required. It just makes the first reply more useful.
A rough number is fine. It tells us which row of the pricing table applies, and whether garages or storage need explaining.
A spreadsheet, a binder of inspection forms, another maintenance tool, or a mix. Tell us what works and what you are tired of.
If you keep appliance or unit inventory in a workbook, a sample of it helps us talk concretely about onboarding. Remove anything you do not want to share.
The live demo is a working account with sample apartment data. It needs no signup and holds no customer data. In about 10 minutes you can open a turn sheet, a unit and a report.
Or read how the pieces fit together on the platform overview. Whichever way you start, your questions are welcome. Contact Invendoory once you have a few.
If you are comparing apartment maintenance software, the demo is also the fastest way to check whether the screens match how your crew actually works. Note what is missing or confusing as you go, and send those notes with your message.
Your portfolio. Tell us about your properties and teams, and we will say plainly whether Invendoory fits.
A walkthrough. If you want someone to show you the app, ask. We can walk through the part that matters most to your role, whether that is inspections, Make Ready or reports.
Onboarding. Units can be imported from a spreadsheet, and the team can convert item-level inventory workbooks. We will tell you what your data needs.
Pricing. The plans are on the pricing page. Ask us about anything the page does not answer, including which plan fits your portfolio.
Invendoory is built for the whole maintenance chain, so we hear from all of it.
Ask about charges that hold up, budget tracking and verifying turns. See the property managers page first if you like.
Ask about assigning turn sheets, scheduling inspections and keeping parts stocked. Start with the maintenance supervisors page.
Ask what the app looks like on a phone in the field. The technicians page shows the day-to-day view.
Ask about reports across properties, including Loss Detection. The regional and VP page covers the portfolio view.
Use the form on this page, or email info@invendoory.com directly. Both reach the same inbox, so use whichever is easier for you. Include your unit count and what you use today, and the first reply can be specific instead of generic.
The form confirms that your message was sent. Replies come from info@invendoory.com, so check your spam folder if you do not see one.
No. The live demo is open to anyone, needs no signup and uses sample data only. Look around first, and write to us whenever you have a question or want to see your own units in it.
Yes. Units import from CSV or Excel files, including AppFolio and Buildium exports. The team can also convert an item-level inventory workbook for you, as it did for a 225-unit operator. See the onboarding page.
On the pricing page: Basic at $89 a month and Advanced at $350 a month, with a cost table from 50 to 5,000 units. For contract or billing questions the page does not cover, contact us.
The form sends your name, work email, company, units managed and message to info@invendoory.com. Read the privacy policy for how that information is handled.
